Starting Therapy Shouldn’t Be Complicated.
We’re here to make the process easy, transparent, and stress-free.
Transparent Pricing, No Surprises
We believe in making therapy as accessible and straightforward as possible. Our session rates are:
- Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW): $150 per session
- Associate-Level Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC): $90 per session
- Session Length: Typically 50 minutes
Once you book a session, you’ll receive access to our secure client portal to complete intake forms and manage appointments.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Insurance shouldn’t be a roadblock to receiving care. If you have insurance or an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we encourage you to use those benefits with us whenever possible. We’re happy to help you navigate your options so you can get the support you need.
- Accepted Insurance Plans: Therapy-Connection accepts most major insurance providers and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits:
- Aetna (Commercial)
- Blue Shield Promise
- Cigna (Commercial)
- Health Advocate EAP
- Magellan/Sharp
- Molina Healthcare
- Tricare
- Triwest (through VA)
- Anthem Blue Cross
- United Healthcare
- Out-of-Network Reimbursement: If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
- Client Responsibility: While we assist in the billing process, clients are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance.
- Verify Coverage: We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage, reimbursement options, and any out-of-pocket costs.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee, as insurance does not cover these charges.
