About Laura
Laura is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#16475) who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her background includes individual therapy, inpatient treatment, and nonprofit work.

Laura has experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and family issues, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions through a trauma-informed lens. She has counseled people from all walks of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. When working together, Laura will help you heal from the inside out for lasting, sustainable change.

She utilizes a person-centered, humanistic approach, integrating principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. During session, you will learn new coping skills, improve your self-talk, enhance your communication, and gain agency over your life.
