About Laura
Laura is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#16475) who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

Laura has experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and family issues, grief, low self-esteem, transitions, and stress with a trauma-informed lens. She has counseled people from all walks of life, including children , adolescents , adults , and seniors.

Laura’s background ranges from individual therapy and inpatient treatment to family advocacy and domestic violence. She utilizes a person-centered approach, integrating principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
