Supervised by Andrew Pickering, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #42790

Engy Nakhla (she/her) is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to manage difficult emotions or circumstances alone and offers a compassionate space where clients can slow down, feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. Engy works with clients to better understand their experiences, develop practical coping and emotional regulation skills, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that align with their goals. Clients can expect therapy with Engy to feel supportive, respectful, and free from judgment.

Engy provides therapy in both English and Arabic and brings cultural awareness and sensitivity to every therapeutic relationship. She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where each person feels understood, valued, and empowered.
