About Aleksandra Sasha
Sasha is a compassionate and committed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #153699) who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from National University. Her therapeutic approach is relational, curious, and collaborative—grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based theories while also drawing from solution-focused and strength-based models. This integrative foundation allows her to meet clients where they are and support them in moving toward meaningful, lasting change.

With an immigrant background and a deep appreciation for the complexity of each person’s story, she brings empathy, cultural humility, and attentiveness to the therapeutic relationship. She views therapy as a space for reflection, healing, and discovery—a place where clients can deepen emotional insight, develop inner flexibility, and expand their capacity for choice.

As a collaborative and attentive guide, she helps clients find clarity and create meaningful change from within. She believes that lasting growth comes from examining long-standing patterns, gaining new perspectives, and cultivating healthier ways of relating to oneself and others. Her intention is to support each client in building practical tools for resilience while fostering a more integrated, meaningful, and empowered way of living.
